1. Adjustable Shelves: 3/4" thick plywood permanently laminated on 2 sides, or top-coated or stained, and wood veneer edge banded. Resistant to water and most household chemicals if laminated.
2. End Panels: 1/2" thick plywood permanently laminated on 2 sides and resistant to water and most household chemicals, or top-coated or stained. Line-bored for 5mm adjustable shelf pins. Exposed ends receive a 1/4" plywood skin or optional raised panel.
3. Back: 1/8" thick plywood, and matches the shelving and end panel material.
4. Top/Bottom: 1/2" thick plywood permanently laminated on 2 sides and resistant to water and most household chemical, or top-coated or stained.
5. Doors: Raised panel – 3/4” lumber stiles/rails with cope-and-stick construction.  3/4” solid lumber panels.  Flat panel – 3/4” lumber stiles/rails with cope-and-stick construction. 1/4” thick plywood center panel.
6. Face Frame: 3/4” thick lumber glued and screwed from the back side using pocket bores.  Vertical end stiles are 1-1/2” wide and center stiles are 3”.  Horizontal rails are 2” wide.
7. Hinges: Selection of bronze plated semi-concealed knife hinge or nickel plated concealed European hinges.  Overlays include 1/4”, 1/2” and 1-1/4”.  Soft close hinges also available.
8. Nailer: (hanging rails): 3/4” thick pine lumber attached behind the cabinet back.
9. Door Bumpers: Clear plastic stick-on.

10. Drawer Guides: Customer choice. Side mounted, self closing epoxy coated steel with self adjusting features, or steel side-mount full extension or ultra smooth, self closing under-mount full extension guides.
11. Drawer Box: 1/2" thick Baltic birch plywood with optional dovetail joints. 1/8" or 1/4" thick bottoms. Optional 5/8" thick maple lumber dovetail box available. All drawer boxes receive a clear topcoat finish.
